‘Wortegemsen cocktail’
In gredients: 4 cl Wortegemsen, 2 cl lemon juice, 1 cl grenadine syrup
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, the Wortegemsen, lemon juice and grenadine syrup. Mix it all together and pour into a tall Wortegemsen glass. |

‘Wortegemsen Julep’
Ingredients: 4 cl Wortegemsen, 10 mint leaves, 2 cl mojito syrup (= cane sugar syrup)
Method: Take a rocks glass, crush the mint leaves flat in the mojito syrup using a masher, fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour on the Wortegemsen. Stir carefully until the side of the glass is nice and cold.
Presentation: Serve with a sprig of mint. |

‘Wortegemsen Sour’
Ingredients: 4 cl Wortegemsen, 2 cl lemon juice, 1 cl cane sugar syrup
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, the Wortegemsen, lemon juice and cane sugar syrup. Mix and pour into a rocks glass, adding a few ice cubes.
Presentation: Serve with a maraschino cherry with stem and a half slice of lemon or orange. |

‘Wortegemsen Mojito’
Ingredients: 10 mint leaves, 2 cl cane sugar, 1.5 cl lime juice, 5 cl Wortegemsen, dilute with sparkling water such as Perrier or Spa red
Method: Take a highball glass, crush in the mint using the sugar and a masher. Pour on the lime juice and add crushed. Add the Wortegemsen and sparkling water. Stir with a mixing spoon.
Presentatieon: Serve with a sprig of mint. |

‘Wortegemsen Cosmopolitan’
Ingredients: 4 cl Wortegemsen, 1.5 cl Triple Sec, 2 cl cranberry juice, 0.5 cl lime juice
Method: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, the Wortegemsen, Triple Sec, cranberry juice and lime juice. Mix together and pour into a tall Wortegemsen glass.
Presentation: Serve with a slice of lime or a flambéed slice of orange. |

‘Wortegemsen Sunrise’
Ingredients: 4 cl Wortegemsen, 8 cl orange juice, 1 cl grenadine
Method: Take a highball glass, fill with ice cubes and add the Wortegemsen and orange juice. Stir with a mixing spoon. Pour the grenadine down the side of the glass to create a red effect to the bottom of the glass (sunrise). |

‘Wortegemsen Frutini’
Ingredients:fresh fruit (strawberry, watermelon, melon, peach, raspberry, etc. – you choose!), 1 cl cane sugar, 6 cl Wortegemsen
Method: Crush the fruit in the shaker using a masher. Pour in the sugar and Wortegemsen. Add ice cubes. Shake until the side of the shaker is nice and cold. Strain and pour into a tall Wortegemsen glass. |

‘Warm winter grog’
Wortegemsen spreads a wonderful inner glow.
Heat to 60 degrees (don’t allow to boil) and serve in sturdy glasses. |
